This piece was designed for the Youngarts Relay Art Project. I had 24 hours to create an art piece that incorporated elements of "exploration" and "home". I designed a 3D closet and made it a portal to another dimension, placing an equation-based Mandelbulb fractal inside. I love how these mathematical formations look like worlds of their own.
